Sheesh Taouk Chutney Roll
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken Breast (cubes)
- 2 Capsicum cubed
- 6 Mushroom
- 6 Shashlik sticks
- 6 Parathas
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Mustard paste
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 4 tbsp Dalda Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
Ingredients for Chutney
- 4 Green chilies
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Tamarind pulp
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Method
- Marinate ½ kg chicken cubes with 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp mustard paste, ½ tsp thyme, 2 tsp garlic, 2 tbsp cream and 4 tbsp lemon juice for 30 minutes.
- Now thread in shashlik sticks with Mushroom and capsicum cubes. Now heat 4 tbsp Dalda Olive oil in a grill pan and fry chicken.
- For chutney blend together 4 Green chilies, ½ cup Sesame seeds, ½ cup Tamarind pulp, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Turmeric and 2 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves.
- Now on Paratha put Sheesh taouk kabab, top with Chutney and Cream. Roll and serve.
