Peshawari Tikkay
Ingredients
- ½ kg Meat
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Fried onion
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste
- 1 tbsp Papaya paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Shashlik stick as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Marinate ½ kg Meat with 1 cup Yogurt, 1 cup Fried onion, 1 tsp Crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp Green chili paste, 1 tbsp Papaya paste, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
- Leave it for 1 hour. Thread it into shashlik sticks. Heat 4 tbsp Oil in a grill pan, fry tikkas from all sides. Serve with chutney.
