Peshawari Tikkay



Ingredients
  • ½ kg Meat
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fried onion
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Shashlik stick as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Marinate ½ kg Meat with 1 cup Yogurt, 1 cup Fried onion, 1 tsp Crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp Green chili paste, 1 tbsp Papaya paste, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. 
  2. Leave it for 1 hour. Thread it into shashlik sticks. Heat 4 tbsp Oil in a grill pan, fry tikkas from all sides. Serve with chutney.
