Paneer Qulcha
Ingredients
- ½ kg Flour
- ½ cup Ghee
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- Lukewarm milk as required
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green chilies chopped
- 50 gm Butter
- 200 gm Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
Method
- Mix together ½ kg Flour, ½ cup Ghee, ½ cup Yogurt, 1 tbsp Yeast, ½ tsp Salt and knead to medium soft dough with lukewarm milk as required.
- For filling, in a bowl mix together 200 gm cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp cumin seeds and ½ tsp salt. Mix well and keep aside.
- Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add filling mixture and cook for 1 minute. Make two tortillas of dough, put filling mixture on one tortilla, top with second and seal well.
- Make marks on it using fingers. Bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Lastly spread butter and serve hot.
