Maghaz kabab


Ingredients
  • 4 veal brain
  • 2 egg’s white
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 4 green chilies
  • 6 cloves black pepper
  • 3 cup water
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • 1tsp whole spices
  • 1tbsp red chili powder
  • ½ tbsp cumin powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil the veal brain with 3 cups of water, green chili and garlic in a large skillet. Then clear the veal brain and cut into 6 pieces. Now grind and mix the whole spices, green chili, and coriander, and white cumin powder, salt and red chili powder to a paste. The marinade is ready.
  2. Marinate the brain with the marinade for half an hour. Coat the pieces of brain with rice flour and dip into two eggs white.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown. Take out the brain pieces and place on an absorbent paper. Sprinkled the gram flour and serve with tamarind sauce and green chili sauce.
