Kafta kabab
Ingredients
- 400 grams Chicken mince
- 1 Onion
- 3 Bread slice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp White pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Green coriander
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 4 tbsp Clarified butter
- 1 ½ tsp Star aniseed
Method
- In a food processor chop together 400g minced chicken 2tbsp parsley, 1/2tsp white cumin powder, 1 1/2tsp star aniseed,1/2tsp cinnamon powder, an onion, 4tbsp clarified butter, 3 bread slices and salt Put the mixture in a bowl. Now take mixture and roll it to a pencil shape .Deep fry until done.
