Ingredients
  • 400 grams Chicken mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Bread slice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp White pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 ½ tsp Star aniseed
Method
  1. In a food processor chop together 400g minced chicken 2tbsp parsley, 1/2tsp white cumin powder, 1 1/2tsp star aniseed,1/2tsp cinnamon powder, an onion, 4tbsp clarified butter, 3 bread slices and salt Put the mixture in a bowl. Now take mixture and roll it to a pencil shape .Deep fry until done.
