Crunchy Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 6 Drum sticks
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup White bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili
- ½ tsp Rosemary
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Oil to fry
Method
- Marinate 6 Drum sticks with 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Crushed red chili, ½ sp Rosemary, ½ tsp Oregano, ½ tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise and 2 tbsp Vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Heat some oil in pan and cook marinated drum sticks on low flame for 20 minutes. Now take it out of pan, cool and dip in 2 beaten Eggs.
- Roll in 2 tbsp Corn flour, coat in 1 cup White bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with ketchup and Chutney.
