Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients
  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Crush ½ kg boneless chicken. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp white vinegar and mix well. 
  2. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Dip chicken boti in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry chicken nuggets on medium flame until golden brown. 
  3. Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
