Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Crush ½ kg boneless chicken. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp white vinegar and mix well.
- Keep aside for 20 minutes. Dip chicken boti in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry chicken nuggets on medium flame until golden brown.
- Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
