Spicy bake yogurt chicken


Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken (leg piece)
  • 2 Curry leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 to 6 Cloves
  • 1 cup Yogurt (beaten)
  • 5 to 6 slice Brown bread
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 to 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Whole coriander
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Roast 1 tsp of whole cumin, 2 curry leaves, 5 to 6 cloves and 1 tsp of whole coriander in a pan. Then put it in blender with 1 chopped onion, 2 to 3 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, salt and 1 cup yogurt to make batter. 
  2. Now mark cut on chicken and marinade chicken. Grease oven tray with olive oil and put chicken with all remaining batter and bake it on 200 c for 40 to 45 minutes and serve it with brown bread.
