Kebab Murgh
Ingredients
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 2 grated onions
- 6 lemons
- A pinch of saffron color
- A pinch of paprika or red chili powder
- Babmbo shoot as required
- 4 tbsp butter
- Black pepper as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, add 2 grated onions, 6 squeezed lemons, salt n black pepper to taste, a pinch of paprika or red chili powder and a pinch of saffron color and mix well.
- Then add ½ kg boneless chicken and marinate for half an hour. Insert chicken cubes in a bamboo shoot. Add a pinch of saffron color and 4 tbsp melted butter in some of the prepared spices’ mixture.
- Grill Murg Kebabs on coals or grill pan. Top with the remaining mixture while grilling. Serve hot kebabs with rice or roti.
