Kebab Murgh


Ingredients
  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 2 grated onions
  • 6 lemons
  • A pinch of saffron color
  • A pinch of paprika or red chili powder
  • Babmbo shoot as required
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a bowl, add 2 grated onions, 6 squeezed lemons, salt n black pepper to taste, a pinch of paprika or red chili powder and a pinch of saffron color and mix well. 
  2. Then add ½ kg boneless chicken and marinate for half an hour. Insert chicken cubes in a bamboo shoot. Add a pinch of saffron color and 4 tbsp melted butter in some of the prepared spices’ mixture.
  3. Grill Murg Kebabs on coals or grill pan. Top with the remaining mixture while grilling. Serve hot kebabs with rice or roti.
