Grilled spicy chicken
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken pieces
- 1 cup Boiled brown rice
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 4 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl mix together 4 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of black pepper crushed, 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of sesame oil and lahori salt.
- Now marinate the chicken in this marinade and steam it in a steamer for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil on a grill pan and grill the chicken done.
- Dish it out and serve it with brown rice.
