Grilled spicy chicken


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken pieces
  • 1 cup Boiled brown rice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil 
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl mix together 4 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of black pepper crushed, 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of sesame oil and lahori salt. 
  2. Now marinate the chicken in this marinade and steam it in a steamer for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil on a grill pan and grill the chicken done.
  3. Dish it out and serve it with brown rice.
