Fish Tikka


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Fish (boneless in 1 piece)
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp All spice crushed
  • 2 tbsp Tikka masala
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Bar BQ stick as require
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Coal
Method
  1. Cut ½ kg boneless fish into cubes shape. Now take a microwave proof mixing bowl and mix well 2 tbsp of tikka masala, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp of all spice crushed, 1 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste, marinate fish cubes and leave it for half an hour. 
  2. Now fix them in Bar BQ sticks and put them into the microwave at 100% M for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes take them out and shift them to another side. 
  3. If u want a Bar BQ taste in them then put all the sticks into a dish and put the burned coal with low quantity of oil on it into the dish and cover the lid for one minute after the smoke blows, after that remove the lid and serve fish tikka with the salad.
