Fish Qorma
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fish
- 3 Onion chopped
- 2 Lemon
- 4 Kashmiri red chili
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Oil
- ½ cup White vinegar
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Whole coriander
- Salt as required
Method
- Take fish fillet and wash with ½ cup of vinegar and leave it for 10 minutes, then put lemon juice. Heat oil in pan and put chopped onions and cook till it turns golden brown .
- Place on an absorbent paper and crush. In a separate pan add 4 red whole chilies along with , ½ tsp of white vinegar dissolved in water and 2tbsp whole coriander .When the mixture dries grind it in a grinder.
- Mix together 1 cup yogurt with the crushed onions, red chili chutney,1tsp all spice,1tbsp crushed ginger and 1tsp crushed garlic. Now heat some oil in a pan and fry this mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the fish fillet till they turn golden brown. Add the fried fish to the prepared yogurt mixture along with salt, 4 chopped green chilies and crushed black pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.The fish korma is ready to serve.
