Chicken Tempura
Ingredients
- 200 grams boneless chicken breast
- Salt n black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ½ cup plain flour
- A pinch of sweet soda
- Water as required
- ½ liter oil
Method
- Slice 200 grams boneless chicken breast into thin pieces. Marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt n black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp soya sauce and ¼ tsp sesame oil for some time.
- In a bowl, add ½ cup plain flour, 2 eggs, salt n black pepper to taste, a pinch of sweet soda and some water and mix well.
- Make sure that the mixture is smooth. In a wok, heat oil for frying on medium flame. Dip marinated chicken in this mixture and fry till golden brown.
- Chicken is ready to be served with your favorite sauce.
