Chicken Tempura


Ingredients
  • 200 grams boneless chicken breast
  • Salt n black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • A pinch of sweet soda
  • Water as required
  • ½ liter oil
Method
  1. Slice 200 grams boneless chicken breast into thin pieces. Marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt n black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp soya sauce and ¼ tsp sesame oil for some time.
  2. In a bowl, add ½ cup plain flour, 2 eggs, salt n black pepper to taste, a pinch of sweet soda and some water and mix well. 
  3. Make sure that the mixture is smooth. In a wok, heat oil for frying on medium flame. Dip marinated chicken in this mixture and fry till golden brown. 
  4. Chicken is ready to be served with your favorite sauce.
