Baked whole fish with vegetable
Ingredients
- ½ kg Whole fish
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Potato
- 125 grams Green beans
- ½ bunch Green coriander
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 to 5 Lemon juice
- Aluminum foil as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl mix together 4to 5 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of paprika, 4 tbsp olive oil and salt. Make alit on the fish from the centre.
- Now marinate the fish ,chopped carrots, chopped cucumbers, chopped potatoes , and green peas with the prepared marinade for ½ an hour.
- Now wrap the fish and vegetables in aluminum foil and bake it in an oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Take the fish out and brush it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle chopped onions from top and again bake it for 10 minutes. Dish it out and serve.
