Baked whole fish with vegetable


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Whole fish
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Potato
  • 125 grams Green beans
  • ½ bunch Green coriander
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 to 5 Lemon juice
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl mix together 4to 5 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of paprika, 4 tbsp olive oil and salt. Make alit on the fish from the centre. 
  2. Now marinate the fish ,chopped carrots, chopped cucumbers, chopped potatoes , and green peas with the prepared marinade for ½ an hour. 
  3. Now wrap the fish and vegetables in aluminum foil and bake it in an oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Take the fish out and brush it with olive oil. 
  4. Sprinkle chopped onions from top and again bake it for 10 minutes. Dish it out and serve.
