White bean kababs


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Black eyed beans
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin
  • 1 tsp Whole coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper corns
  • 6-8 Whole red chilies
  • 3-4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required
Directions
  1. Soak the beans over night with 1/2tsp soda. Boil the beans till completely dry. Chop them in a food processor along with the spring onions, ginger garlic paste, whole cumin, whole coriander, black pepper, whole red chilies, Soya sauce and salt.
  2. Shape the mixture in medium sized patties .Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip each patty in the egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry and serve with salad leaves and chutney.
