- ½ kg flour
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- 4 green chilies
- 2 spring onions
- Few coriander leaves
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp tara garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Knead the dough. Mix salt, green chilies, spring onions, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, fresh coriander and garam masala powder to mashed potatoes.
- Form portions of kneaded dough. Take a portion and roll it on flat surface with a rolling pin. Place some potato mixture on it.
- Then top it with another portion of kneaded dough. Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan and fry your stuffed paratha. Change sides to cook well.
- Tempting stuffed paratha is ready.
