Stuffed Paratha


Ingredients
  • ½ kg flour
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 spring onions
  • Few coriander leaves
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tsp tara garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Knead the dough. Mix salt, green chilies, spring onions, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, fresh coriander and garam masala powder to mashed potatoes.
  2. Form portions of kneaded dough. Take a portion and roll it on flat surface with a rolling pin. Place some potato mixture on it.
  3. Then top it with another portion of kneaded dough. Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan and fry your stuffed paratha. Change sides to cook well.
  4. Tempting stuffed paratha is ready.
