Stuffed bengan pakora


Ingredients
  • 4-5 Egg plant
  • 1/2 kg Minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
Ingredients For batter
  • 2 cups Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as required
Directions
  1. Wash the egg plants, cut them into two and remove the seeds.In a mixing bowl add the minced meat, red chili powder, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, eggs and bread crumbs. Stuff the egg plants with this mixture and cut them in triangular shapes.
  2. To make the batter mix the gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and some water .Make a smooth batter. Dip the stuffed eggplants into the batter and deep fry till golden brown
