Shahi Kheer

Ingredients
  • ½ liter Milk
  • ½ kg Khoya
  • ½ cup Dry fruits
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • Kewra essences few drops
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • 5 tbsp Rice powder
Method
  1. Soak rice in water for 30 to 45 minutes. Now strain it and blend it in a blender. Now take a microwave proof mixing bowl and put milk, rice, khoya, sugar, cardamom powder and kewra essence and mix it well.
  2. Put bowl in microwave and on 100% cook for 20 minutes and between that stir it 2 to 3 times to mix well. In the end dish it out and garnish it with dry fruits and
