- ½ liter Milk
- ½ kg Khoya
- ½ cup Dry fruits
- ½ cup Sugar
- Kewra essences few drops
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 5 tbsp Rice powder
Method
- Soak rice in water for 30 to 45 minutes. Now strain it and blend it in a blender. Now take a microwave proof mixing bowl and put milk, rice, khoya, sugar, cardamom powder and kewra essence and mix it well.
- Put bowl in microwave and on 100% cook for 20 minutes and between that stir it 2 to 3 times to mix well. In the end dish it out and garnish it with dry fruits and
