Red bean kababs

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Kidney beans
  • 1 Chopped onions
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5-6 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp Chopped green chilies
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 /2tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Oil as required
Directions
  1. Soak the kidney beans over night with ½ tsp baking soda Boil the beans till tender then chop them in a food processor Now add the onions, coriander powder, garlic red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder , salt, green chilies and chopped coriander.
  2. To bind the mixture together adds the eggs and corn flour. After mixing form medium shaped patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs till golden brown. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
