- 3 kg Milk
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 ounce Sugar
- 1/2 kg Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Kewra
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 50 gm Pistachios
Directions
- In a sauce pan warm the milk .When 1kg of milk remains add 4 tbsp of lemon juice. Raise the flame and add sugar and cardamom powder to the milk.
- When the milk becomes dry add the kewra and powdered milk. Then turn the flame off and decorate with pistachios.
