Ingredients
  • 3 kg Milk
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Sugar
  • 1/2 kg Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Kewra
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 50 gm Pistachios
Directions
  1. In a sauce pan warm the milk .When 1kg of milk remains add 4 tbsp of lemon juice. Raise the flame and add sugar and cardamom powder to the milk.
  2. When the milk becomes dry add the kewra and powdered milk. Then turn the flame off and decorate with pistachios.
