- 1 cup of mango puree
- 2 cups of double cream
- ¼ cup coarsely grated chocolate
- 1.5 cup fresh mango cubes
- ¼ cup icing sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of cream and beat until soft peaks are formed.Whisk sugar with the cream. This step is optional.Save some of the cream for topping.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of mango pulp into the rest of the creamIn a serving glass, add a layer of mango cream, sprinkle some grated chocolate and add a layer of mango pieces.
- Add another layer of mango cream, grated chocolate and mango pieces.Finally add a dollop of whipped cream.Garnish with grated chocolate and mango pieces.
