Khajoor Ki Barfi


Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely chopped dates
  • 1 cup khoya
  • 3 to 4tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • silver varak & chopped almond for decoration
Directions
  1. Take khoya and powdered sugar in a pan and roast.Now add cardamom powder and chopped dates and mix well.
  2. Transfer this mixture in a pre-greased dish and spread it evenly.Apply the Silver Varak on top and refrigerate.
  3. Decorate with chopped almonds and serve.
