- 1 cup finely chopped dates
- 1 cup khoya
- 3 to 4tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp butter
- silver varak & chopped almond for decoration
Directions
- Take khoya and powdered sugar in a pan and roast.Now add cardamom powder and chopped dates and mix well.
- Transfer this mixture in a pre-greased dish and spread it evenly.Apply the Silver Varak on top and refrigerate.
- Decorate with chopped almonds and serve.
