Kathiawari aalo


Ingredients
  • 1 kg Potatoes small ones
  • 1 cup Imli juice
  • 4 tbsp Jiggery
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds crushed
  • ½ tsp All spice
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 25 Curry leaves
Directions
  1. Heat 1 cup oil add 25 curry leaves with 1 kg small boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden then add 1 cup imli juice mixed with 4 tbsp jiggery, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander crushed,2 tbsp cumin crushed, ½ tsp all spice, mix all well till thick, serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
