- 1 kg Potatoes small ones
- 1 cup Imli juice
- 4 tbsp Jiggery
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed coriander powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds crushed
- ½ tsp All spice
- 1 cup Oil
- 25 Curry leaves
Directions
- Heat 1 cup oil add 25 curry leaves with 1 kg small boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden then add 1 cup imli juice mixed with 4 tbsp jiggery, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander crushed,2 tbsp cumin crushed, ½ tsp all spice, mix all well till thick, serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
