- 1 kg Beef fillets
- 1 cup Papaya paste
- 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 8-10 Whole red chilies
- 1 tbsp Whole cumin
- 1 tsp Black pepper corn
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Whole coriander
- 1 tsp Kewra
- 400 gm Dough
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
Directions
- Roast the white cumin, black pepper corns, whole coriander, and red chilies. Then grind them together .In a bowl add the beef along with 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, papaya paste and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the remaining ginger garlic paste and fry well Now add the yogurt ,kewra ,and ground spices. Mix well.
- Now spread the masala onto the beef fillets and roll them with a thread. Spread the remaining masala onto the rolls, place them in a pan with water, cover and seal the lid with the dough.
- When the meat has become tender and the masala has been absorbed, lower a piece of burning coal and cover. If you want you can also grill the rolls.The dum gosht rolls are ready to serve.
