- 1 ½ kg Chicken
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 Lemon
- 5 Tomato
- 5 Green chilli chopped
- 1 bunch Green coriander chopped
- 1 cup Oil / clarified butter
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Whole coriander
- 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- Take a wok and add chopped onion,s chopped ginger, garlic paste, salt, yogurt, red chilli powder and all spice powder.Fry well..
- When the water dries, add chopped tomatoes, crushed black pepper, whole coriander and oil, cook till the oil floats on top.
- In the end add lemon juice, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and chopped ginger. Serve with naan.
