- 2 ready naans
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tsp Fresh basil and parsely
- Oregano
- Garlic 1 clove chopped and minced
- Olive oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- 1 Onions cut in rings
- 5 Fresh mushrooms sliced
- 10-12 Black olives
- Pepperoni as required
- 1 cup Pizza cheese or then mozzarella with a hint of cheddar
Method
- Make the sauce. In a saucepan add the olive oil then the garlic sauté for 2 mins then add the tomatoes , basil, parsely, oregano, salt, pepper and boil to reduce. Add a slight bit of sugar or vinegar if u like.
- Preheat oven to 200 C. on a baking sheet place the naan. Spread the prepared tomato sauce and then add the mushrooms, olives, onions, pepperoni and finally top with tons of cheese then some shredded basil or thyme leaves. Bake for about 8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling
