- ½ kg Boneless chicken
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 8 Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Carrot cut into diagonal slices
- 1 Spring onion cut into diagonal slices
- 6 Baby corn
- 2 tbsp Ginger sliced
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp Wooster sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Hp sauce
- Salt 1 tsp leveled
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 5 tbsp Ketchup
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn flour heaped
- ¼ cup Water
Directions
- Marinate ½ kg chicken strips with salt and white pepper ½ tsp each. Heat ¼ cup oil and fry 1 tsp crushed garlic for 1 min.
- Add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes then add 8 sliced mushrooms, 1 sliced carrot, 1 spring onion and 6 baby corns with 1 tbsp Wooster sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp hp sauce, 5 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp salt and 1 ½ tsp pepper, add 1 cup water and cook till the mixture boils.
- Lastly thicken the gravy with 1 tbsp corn flour paste. Serve with garlic rice.
