- 1cup Bengal gram
- 2 Lemon
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp White cumin powder
- 1 /2 tbsp Red chili powder
- Salt as required
Ingredients For kachori
- 1/2 kg All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Oil
- Baking powder a pinch
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Boil the lentils till tender. Now chop the lentils in a food processor along with lemon juice, all spice powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt.
- In a bowl mix together the all purpose flour, oil, baking powder and salt. Knead to form smooth dough. Now form small round balls, roll with a rolling pin and fry.
