Dal ki kachori


Ingredients
  • 1cup Bengal gram
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin powder
  • 1 /2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Salt as required

  • 1/2 kg All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • Baking powder a pinch
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Boil the lentils till tender. Now chop the lentils in a food processor along with lemon juice, all spice powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt.
  2. In a bowl mix together the all purpose flour, oil, baking powder and salt. Knead to form smooth dough. Now form small round balls, roll with a rolling pin and fry.
