- 1/2kg Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
Ingredients for Filling
- 1/2 cup oiled chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2-3 Red chili powder
- Salt as required
Directions
- In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, salt ,oil and water .Knead to form a smooth dough and leave to rise for 1-2 hours .In a food processor chop together the chickpeas salt, cumin and red chili powder.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll the dough with a rolling pin, wet the sides and spoon the chickpea mixture in the centre. Cover with another piece of rolled dough and fry on a tawa.
