- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 finely sliced onion
- 1 finely sliced green chili
- 2 eggs
- ¼ bunch finely sliced coriander
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt n black pepper to taste
Method
- Add 1 cup plain flour, 1 finely sliced onion, 1 finely sliced green chili, 2 eggs, ¼ bunch finely sliced coriander, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp oil and salt n black pepper to taste and water as required to a bowl and mix well.
- Grease a frying pan with some oil so that it does not stick. Roll a portion of the prepared batter with a rolling pin. Fry it for a couple of minutes on low flame.
- Repeat with all the pan cake mixture. Serve Chilay with your favorite dip.
