- 10 Boneless chicken pieces
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Eggs
- 4 Chopped green chilies
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1 bunch Chopped coriander
- 1 tsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed ginger
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Oil for frying
- Lukewarm water as required
- Salt as required
Directions
- In a blender blend together 2 chopped green chilies along with some coriander leaves to make green chutney.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger and salt. Flatten with a mallet or the flat end of a knife.
- Grease a pan and fry the chicken pieces until the water dries. Squeeze the juice of alemon, black pepper, cumin powder and red chili powder. Mix well.
- In a bowl add the gram flour, green chutney, salt, yogurt, and egg .Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- Dip each chicken piece into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
