Chicken jelfrezi

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 6 Capsicum
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Chilli sauce
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 6 Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • Salt as required
Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok and add 6 garlic cloves and cook it till it turns golden brown. Now add chicken with salt and cook it.
  2. Take oil in a wok and fry onion till it turns light brown. Then add tomato paste, chilli sauce, black pepper crushed and pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. When chicken’s water dry put masala batter in it. In the end add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes and serve it.
