- 1 kg Chicken boneless
- 1 Onion chopped
- 6 Capsicum
- 1 cup Tomato paste
- 1 cup Chilli sauce
- ½ cup Oil
- 6 Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- Salt as required
Method
- Heat oil in a wok and add 6 garlic cloves and cook it till it turns golden brown. Now add chicken with salt and cook it.
- Take oil in a wok and fry onion till it turns light brown. Then add tomato paste, chilli sauce, black pepper crushed and pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- When chicken’s water dry put masala batter in it. In the end add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes and serve it.
