- 5-6 Mashed bananas
- 250 gm All purpose flour
- 250 gm Butter
- 200 gm Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Milk as required

- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions
- In a microwave proof bowl beat together the eggs and sugar. Then beat in the butter. Add the vanilla essence, baking powder, mashed bananas, Fold in the all purpose flour. Pour in some milk till a smooth batter is formed then bake in a microwave at 100%M for 13 minutes.
- For syrup,In a microwave proof bowl add the sugar and water and heat in a microwave at 100%M for 3minutes. Pour onto the cake and leave for a few minutes.
