Badam ka hareera


Ingredients
  • 1 kg Milk
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
Directions
  1. Soak the dry fruits over night .After peeling them blend them separately.Heat milk in a saucepan and add the dry fruits paste.
  2. Cook the milk on a low flame. When the milk starts to thicken adds the sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  3. Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the cloves. Pour the oil with the cloves on top of the milk.Dish out and serve.
