- 1 kg Milk
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Pistachios
- 250 gm Sugar
- 4-5 Cloves
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Directions
- Soak the dry fruits over night .After peeling them blend them separately.Heat milk in a saucepan and add the dry fruits paste.
- Cook the milk on a low flame. When the milk starts to thicken adds the sugar and stir till it dissolves.
- Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the cloves. Pour the oil with the cloves on top of the milk.Dish out and serve.
