- 1 kg Potato (soft boiled)
- ½ kg Sugar
- 5 to 6 Small cardamom
- 5 to 6 Clove
- ½ kg Clarified butter
- Silver paper for garnish
Method
- First mash the potato and put it on a side. Take a pan and heat up ½ kg of clarified butter and add clove and cardamom and sauté it.
- Now add mash potato with ½ kg sugar and cook it well. When it turn light brown, dish it out and garnish it with silver paper.
