Aloo ka halwa

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Potato (soft boiled)
  • ½ kg Sugar
  • 5 to 6 Small cardamom
  • 5 to 6 Clove
  • ½ kg Clarified butter
  • Silver paper for garnish
Method
  1. First mash the potato and put it on a side. Take a pan and heat up ½ kg of clarified butter and add clove and cardamom and sauté it.
  2. Now add mash potato with ½ kg sugar and cook it well. When it turn light brown, dish it out and garnish it with silver paper.
