- 1 cup Chick peas
- 2 tbsp Red lentil
- ½ tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Potato
- ½ tbsp Sonth
- 1 Onion
- Salt as required
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Sweet soda
- Green masala few
- 1 cup Tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp Sonth
- ½ tbsp Whit cumin
- Salt as required
- Black salt pinch
Directions
- First wash chick peas with water 2 to three times. Now place it on stove to cook and stir with the help of wooden stove.
- When it becomes soft, add soda powder, red chilli and salt. When all mix together, cut potato in cubes and add it in pan.
- Now put cumin, sonth, and sugar in tamarind paste with slight cold water, then add salt and black salt. Serve it with tomato, onion, tamarind chutni.
