Chicken Fajita Pizza


Ingredients For Dough
  • 500 gm Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Egg
Ingredients For Filling
  • 1-1/2 cup Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Green chili
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients For Topping
  • Onion as required
  • Capsicum as required
  • Cheese as required
  • Mushrooms & olives (optional) as required
  • Thyme as required
  • Oregano as required
  • Basil leaves as required
Ingredients For Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tsp Basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Directions
  1. Take a bowl and put all ingredients and chicken in it. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken well.
  2. Pizza sauce-Heat oil in a pan, put onion and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Now add tomato paste and all ingredients and mix until the sauce is thick paste.
  3. Dough-Take a bowl and put all ingredients in it. Knead well. Set it aside for 2 hours.
  4. Topping-Put dough on the pizza pan and make marks with a fork. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Now apply the pizza sauce, onion, cheddar cheese, and chicken filing, olives, capsicum and mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven over 200C for 10 minutes
