Lebanani kebab

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Beef Mince
  • 1 packet Noodles boiled
  • 2 Potato boiled
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 packet Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil for fry
Directions
  1. First boil mince with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt in a pan. When water dried a, put mice in a chopper and add noodles, green peas and potato and chop it and make batter.
  2. Now make kebab from batter and coat it with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry it till it become golden brown.
