- 125 gm Whole cumin
- 2 tbsp Black cumin
- 6 to 8 Big cardamom
- 8 to 10 Small cardamom
- 4 sticks Cinnamon
- 6 Whole coriander
- 1 Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Mace
- 8 to 10 Clove
- 2 Star anis
- 1 tbsp Aniseed

- Method for making gulzar special masala.Toast all the spices on a flat pan over medium flame. Finally grind all the masala and use whenever needed.
