Chicken Salad Wrap


Ingredients
  • 200 gm Chicken breast
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Mustard paste
  • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Roti
  • 50 gm Margarine
  • 100 gm Salad leaves
  • 4 tsp Ketchup
Directions
  1. Take 200 gm chicken breast, cut into Julian shape. Now take a bowl, put ½ tea spoon ginger/garlic paste, 1/2 tea spoon mustard paste.
  2. 1 tea spoon lemon juice, salt pepper as taste. Put the Julian cut chicken and marinate it for 10 minutes. Take a fry pan, put 1 tea spoon oil to get hot.
  3. Put the marinated chicken into the pan. Sauté it. Take a Roti spread margarine, put some sautéed chicken pieces.
  4. Sprinkle some black pepper as tasted. Put this slice of letter leaves, tomato ketchup taste; Now roll the roti, your chicken salad wrap is ready.
