- ½ kg Chicken Boneless cut in to slices
- 1 Capsicum cut into Julian slices
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
Directions
- Take a chicken add soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, salt, sugar and mix it well. Heat an Oil In a pan add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add after 2 minutes marinated chicken into pan and fry it well. Add capsicum after chicken water dry also soya sauce, white vinegar, black pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve black pepper chicken with rice or bread.
