- ½ kg Chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 packet Fresh cream
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp White cumin
- 6 Green chili
- 1 Onion
- 4 Fresh red chili
- 4 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till thy turn light pink in color. Now add the chicken pieces and fry well or until the oil floats on top.
- When the water (left by the chicken) dries add chopped ginger, crushed black pepper, cumin, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and add fresh cream.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and finally add green chilies and red chili, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with chapattis.
