Chicken Makhni

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 packet Fresh cream
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp White cumin
  • 6 Green chili
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Fresh red chili
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Oil
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till thy turn light pink in color. Now add the chicken pieces and fry well or until the oil floats on top.
  2. When the water (left by the chicken) dries add chopped ginger, crushed black pepper, cumin, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and add fresh cream.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and finally add green chilies and red chili, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with chapattis.
