- 1-1/2 kg Chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 Onion
- ½ bunch Fresh coriander
- ½ cup Yogurt
- White vinegar few drops
- 6 Green cardamom
- 4 Red chilies
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Oil
Directions
- Boil red chilies.Add vinegar al time of red chilies boiling.Now blend red chilies and coriander seeds.
- Fry onions & crushed.Add fried onions, red chili chutni, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, salt in a pan & mix.
- Fry all these ingredients,Fry chicken & add in the pan & cook.Now add 1-1/2 boiled water & cook on slow heat.
- At the end add green cardamom & serve.
