Chicken karhai

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken
  • 250 gm Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
  • 5 to 6 Small Green chilli
  • 5 to 6 Big green chilli
  • 2 tbsp Gulzaar special masala
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek seed
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • ½ cup Oil
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Heat oils in a wok. Add the chicken pieces and fry till they turn golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, small green chilies and whipped yogurt.
  2. Fry for 5minutes then add. Add Gulzar special masala and salt .Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Finally add the large green chilies and fenugreek mix well. When the chicken tenders and the oil floats on top turn the flame off .
  4. Garnish with chopped ginger and serve.
