- ½ kg Chicken
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
- 5 to 6 Small Green chilli
- 5 to 6 Big green chilli
- 2 tbsp Gulzaar special masala
- ½ tsp Fenugreek seed
- ½ inch Ginger
- ½ cup Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oils in a wok. Add the chicken pieces and fry till they turn golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, small green chilies and whipped yogurt.
- Fry for 5minutes then add. Add Gulzar special masala and salt .Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally add the large green chilies and fenugreek mix well. When the chicken tenders and the oil floats on top turn the flame off .
- Garnish with chopped ginger and serve.
