- 1 kg Chicken
- ½ kg Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 4 Green chilies
- 2 Lemons
- ½ bunch Green coriander
- Oil as required
Directions
- Heat oil in a handi and add chicken, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam Masala powder, chopped ginger and green chilies and sauté.
- Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is well done.
- When starts leaving the sides of handi, garnish it with green coriander and pour lemon juice. Serve hot.
