- ½ kg Chicken (boneless)
- ½ kg Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 6 Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 2 Lemons
- ½ bunch Fresh coriander
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Oil
Directions
- Apply white vinegar, soy sauce & sugar on the chicken & leave it for some time.Cook tomatoes add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili, salt & cook in the water of tomatoes own water.
- When it’s become dehydrate. Fry chicken & add in it.Now add oil & cook.
- Mix garam masala, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, roasted cumin powder & ginger.After 3 or 4 minutes & serve garnish with fresh coriander.
