Chicken Ginger Handi


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken (boneless)
  • ½ kg Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 6 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 2 Lemons
  • ½ bunch Fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Oil
Directions
  1. Apply white vinegar, soy sauce & sugar on the chicken & leave it for some time.Cook tomatoes add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili, salt & cook in the water of tomatoes own water.
  2. When it’s become dehydrate. Fry chicken & add in it.Now add oil & cook.
  3. Mix garam masala, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, roasted cumin powder & ginger.After 3 or 4 minutes & serve garnish with fresh coriander.
