Chicken chapli kabab

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken mince
  • 4 Boiled egg
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 Tomato sliced
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ tbsp Pomegranate seed
  • 2 tsp Whole coriander crushed
  • 1 ½ tbsp Red chili powder crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add mince, egg, pomegranate seed, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, salt, whole coriander, whole cumin, black pepper, garam masala, and red chili crushed and mix it with raw egg and make patty from it .
  2. Now put tomato slice on each patty. Heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
  3. Garnish it with onion and tomato.
