Potato cutlets with garlic bread


Ingredients For cutlets
  • 4 to 5 Potato boiled
  • 5 to 7 Green chilli chopped
  • ½ bunch Green coriander chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper crushed
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Ingredients For garlic bread
  • 6 to 8 Bread slices
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Blue band margarine
Directions
  1. Mash the boiled potatoes. In a mixing bowl add the mashed potatoes, green chilies, chopped coriander, chopped onions, red chili powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well and shape the potato mixture into cutlets.
  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Heat oil in pan and Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg and shallow fry. Place the cutlets in a serving plate. Serve with sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
  3. Take a large mixing bowl and add chopped garlic and Blue Band margarine.Mix well and spread on bread slices.Grill the bread slices until they turn brown .
