Bhagharay Rice


Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cup Rice
  • 4 Onions
  • 4 Green chilies
  • ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 6 Green cardamom
  • ½ tsp Caraway seeds
  • Whole garam masala as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Oil
Directions
  1. Add fried onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, whole garam masala,Caraway seeds, green chilies & mix.Fry all these ingredients.
  2. Now add 3 to 4 cup of water,When water become boiling condition adds rice & salt & cook.
  3. When become dehydrate leave it on steam for 5 to 10 minutes & serve.
