- 2-1/2 cup Rice
- 4 Onions
- 4 Green chilies
- ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 6 Green cardamom
- ½ tsp Caraway seeds
- Whole garam masala as required
- Salt to taste
- 4 to 5 tbsp Oil
Directions
- Add fried onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, whole garam masala,Caraway seeds, green chilies & mix.Fry all these ingredients.
- Now add 3 to 4 cup of water,When water become boiling condition adds rice & salt & cook.
- When become dehydrate leave it on steam for 5 to 10 minutes & serve.
