Andon ka Khagina


Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 Sliced Onions (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ bunch Green Coriander
  • 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  • 6 Red Chilies
  • ½ cup Oil
Directions
  1. Take a pan in ½ cup oil Sauté the onions to golden brown. When the onions turn golden brown take out half of its quantity.
  2. Beat eggs, turmeric and salt and mix it in the other half of the onions.
  3. Slightly sauté then add red chili, green chili, and coriander. Khagina is ready.
