- 6 Eggs
- 4 Sliced Onions (Finely Chopped)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ bunch Green Coriander
- 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
- 6 Red Chilies
- ½ cup Oil
Directions
- Take a pan in ½ cup oil Sauté the onions to golden brown. When the onions turn golden brown take out half of its quantity.
- Beat eggs, turmeric and salt and mix it in the other half of the onions.
- Slightly sauté then add red chili, green chili, and coriander. Khagina is ready.
